To ensure a smooth and safe clean, please take a few moments to prepare:

  • Make sure an outdoor tap is accessible
    • Let us know in advance if there are any drainage issues
    • Close all windows and doors securely
    • Keep pets indoors during the clean and for at least two hours afterwards
    • Clear the area to be cleaned — this includes cars, mats, furniture, pots, BBQs, etc.
    • Inform us of any surfaces or areas that may be sensitive to pressure or cleaning solutions

Not at all. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any gates are unlocked, you don’t need to be there. Many of our clients are busy professionals — we’ll take care of it and leave everything spotless.

No, we tailor the pressure and cleaning method to each surface. Painted areas and windows are treated with low-pressure techniques where needed to avoid any risk of damage. Your home is in safe hands.

We use professional-grade, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for your home and garden when applied correctly. We only use what’s needed and nothing more.

Most surfaces will dry within a few hours. In shaded or cooler areas, it may take a little longer, but you’ll be able to walk or drive on most surfaces the same day.

Yes,  we understand weekdays don’t suit everyone. Saturday bookings are available on request and fill quickly, so we recommend booking ahead.

Absolutely. We carry $10 million in public liability insurance for complete peace of mind. You’re fully protected.
